Aimee grew up in Denver, Colorado, but felt called to the pace and connection of small-town living. She and her husband, Beaudin, made Northwest Kansas their home, where they are raising their two daughters, Kinsley and Presley. Living in a close-knit community has deepened Aimee’s appreciation for the importance of finding not just a house, but a place where families can truly feel at home.

TJ was born in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to Goodland, Kansas, at the age of 9. Growing up in Northwest Kansas instilled in him a profound appreciation for the beauty and resilience of the high plains. From an early age, TJ worked closely with farming and cattle operations, gaining firsthand experience in the dedication, hard work, and careful planning required for success in agriculture. These values now form the foundation of his approach to real estate and client service.
Honest, trustworthy, and driven, TJ has a reputation for consistently going the extra mile to achieve outstanding results. His expertise spans all aspects of real estate, with a deep and personal connection to farm and ranch properties.
When TJ isn’t working, he cherishes time outdoors and with his family. His wife, Caitlyn, is the love of his life, and together they are raising two wonderful children, Brody and Oaklynn. Being a father has reinforced his dedication to building a brighter future for the next generation—both in his personal life and through his work in real estate.
A “hometown girl” who was born and raised in Goodland, Kansas, Shelly has a deep knowledge of her community and surrounding area. With nearly 10 years of experience in real estate, Shelly has a passion for helping clients envision what is possible and then turning their dreams into reality. Her friendly communication style is honest, direct, and down to earth. She does her best to make clients happy by listening to their needs and desires, while ensuring that the buying or selling process is as easy and stress-free as possible. Clients can always count on her prompt response when they have questions or concerns.
Shelly enjoys living on a family farm with her husband, sons, and dogs. Her favorite leisure activities include interior design and renovation.

Greg has a strong understanding and appreciation of western Kansas culture and
values. He was raised in Gove County and graduated from Fort Hays State University. Growing up on a farm/ranch has given Greg a true appreciation for hard work, compassion, and honesty. He has firsthand knowledge and experience in agriculture, as he continues to manage the family farm with his oldest son and has been working with farmers and ranchers over the last 25 years in an ag lending. Greg strives to provide a highly positive and personable experience, and he is genuinely invested in meeting each client’s specific real estate goals. Greg enjoys outdoor activities with family, especially hunting, golfing or working on the farm. He and his wife Marcy have two sons, two daughters and four grandchildren.
Dale moved to McDonald Kansas at the age of 4 from his birth town of Brush Colorado. Through memories of hard work and a lifestyle on the farm, he has had a love for the land from a young age. He then went to college at K-State in Salina and received a degree in computer science. Returning home after graduation he decided to “help out” on the farm. The smell of freshly tilled soil got stuck in his head and he never left northwest Kansas again.
Dale has been involved in the ag retail sector for over 35 years which has given him a deep understanding of production agriculture and the value of land. He loves helping people achieve their dreams and goals.
When not engaged with clients he loves spending time with his wife, Stacey, taking drives in the country and looking at the beautiful land God has given us. He also enjoys working with cattle, learning local history and spending time with their children.
