Derek is a southeast Kansas native with a true passion for the outdoors and rural living. Being born and raised on a multi-use family farm, he has had the privilege to attain a vast knowledge in agriculture and cattle operations, as well as land management practices for a variety of recreational uses. Beyond his professional duties, he enjoys making memories with family through hunting and fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Aimee grew up in Denver, CO and realized small town life was calling. She moved to Northwest Kansas with her husband, Beaudin, and two little girls, Kinsley and Presley. She values family and the unique desires each one has. Between getting to know each family, their desires, and their needs, she longs to find each family their first home or their forever home.
